Pregnant?Please help!

This is my situation:  I was due for my period on 3/10/08.  I had a ultrasound that same day, due to some slight pains I could be having due to my mild endometriosis.  The Dr. said I should be starting anytime b/c my uterine lining is thickened (isn't it this way for implantation and after too? Usually have horrible cramps, and have none.  At the Dr. they also did a preg test to make sure and it was negative, he said if I am it could be too early.  He said if my period doesn't start in a few days to take another test.  No sign of period still, no cramps, nothing (and I usually get extremely terrible ones).  I keep getting these sudden sharp little twinges in my breast (only last a couple of seconds each).  I also just starting taking my BBT last Wed. b/c I wanted to get used to it and have a full cycle after my period started (which didn't happen).  Here are my temps (3/5=98.64, 3/6=98.67, 3/7=98.68, 3/8=98.28, 3/9=98.15, 3/10=98.21, 3/11=97.8 (down pretty low so I thought I would start a day late), 3/12=98.68(today, spiked back up).  I don't know how I am normally.  I am thinking about testing Friday morning (I'll be 4 days late by then).  Does anyone think all that this could mean I am pregnant?  Any help will be really appreciated :)

Hello,

Take a pregnancy test in one week.  If negative, then you are not pregant.

Best regards,

Normal temperature is usually 98.6 so your temp is not high.  As for your thickened utering lining, it thickens every month to prepare for a pregnancy.  The thickened lining is what your period is.  Your late period and sharp pains could be due to your possible endometriosis.  If your period doesn't come within the next 5 days or so I would take another HPT just to be sure.  Don't forget that as you get older your body changes.  Periods change and everything so your period may just be doing something funky this month.
