Having so much pain and getting contractions im 28weeks and my doctor still wont put me off work idk what to do

I had the same problem with my son i had to get the shot just in case he was born premature. And my doctor keeps putting me on bedrest just for a couple days

if the baby isn't engaged and you aren't dilated I would likely assume they ate braxton hicks contractions; just your body's way of preparing for birth.

No butthey had me on iv to stop my contractions

they can be 12 minutes apart and still be braxton hicks.

Yes but my doctor wont put ne off ny contractions are 12 minutes apart

If your having preterm labor you need to be on bed rest. I had it at 30 weeks and i am on bed rest. Im now 34 weeks.
