Ughh Food...

I am only 5w3d and I feel like every time I turn around im hungry again. Like im starting to hate food... I eat something and then 5 minutes later im hungry again. I dont get why I am soo hungry this early on?

I only gained 40lbs. But 10 of that has been this last week because im stuck in bed.

I would make a meal an just pick all day! I literally had food in front of me all day.. if i stopped eating for 5 min i was starving and i had the worst headache ever. I just felt so sick. Yes it is important to balance what you eat.id have nuts for example for snacks. Or dry special k cereal. But later id have a pizza and fries. Trick is to EAT SLOW!!!

Eat small meals, snack often. It does get better, im 19 weeks, 6 days. And i still have days like that. Take prenatals

I am 18w6d all i think about is food but small meals n snaking is a good thing ur baby is gtn bigger n ur belly for food is gtn smaller so ur hungry more but eatin is a pain n the butt n drives me nuts but apples bannans r best for small snacks i find one apple gts me full but a 20 min later i am hungry aging milk will help

I am the same way I'm 13 weeks and 5 days. And is always hungry, smh I'm never full. Smh sometimes I even cry when I dnt get certain foods that I want lol
