Unreal backpain/pelvic pain

Im 29 eeeks pregnant and for the last three weeks have been experiencing horrible lower back pain, and pelvic pain. I didnt have this with my first pregnancy so im worried about how severe the pain is.
Everytime i move, walk, or turn over in bed i feel like something in my pelvis, mainly my crotch is just going to snap. I cant sleep, I have to leave work early or sometimes cant even go in because of it. My husband in the last two days has had to support my legs to turn me over because the pressure from doing it myself leaves me in tears.
I have a doctors appointment today, but im not sure we'll be able to get to the root of the problem right away. Has anyone else had anything like this happen? Any advice/experience is greatly appreciated.

I've been experiencing the same pain. I'm 28 weeks 3 days but its been happening since 26 weeks. I get checked every 2 weeks/ and get a shot every two makena. So I've been seen and checked. Everything was normal. They said the baby is getting big that was all. And to get a maternity belt to lift my belly. I haven't gotten one yet. But I will maybe you should too

I'm 38 weeks and experiencing that pain. but I started experiencing it 2 weeks ago, mainly because the baby is getting bigger and is dropping lower / putting pressure on my pelvis. turning over / switching sides I'm laying on at night is extremely painful. I'm not sure if it's normal for you to be having that pain this early. try sitting on a yoga ball to relieve pressure / pain. I live on my yoga ball and just rock side to side and roll my hips around, it feels so much better!

It is completely normal! I had exact pains with both pregnancies. It feels like your vagina muscles are being pulled so hard right? Yea they hurt soooo bad but yes like the girl above said it is because the baby is getting bigger. The best thing to do is buy a belly band to support the weight.
