Need help please!! ASAP!

Okay so I've been trying to get pregnant for a LONG TIME. 6 plus years to be exact!  Anyways, this is the first month I've been on Clomid..+ opk yesterday.  To make a longer story short I've had chronic back pain for a really really long time now and its' even worse when AF is here.  Thought it was female related went to gyno, she referred me to a fertility specialists to do my surgery and he found mild endo, cyst on fallopian tube and polyp in middle of my uterus.  Went to my post op and my lower back was STILL hurting so bad!  He said " you're fresh out of surgery, give it a few months". Well I did, and after 2 months I went back to him and he said he's done all he could for my female related problems and wants to send me to a pelvic specialists.  My fertility specialists is 2 hrs away.  The Pelvic specialists he wants to send me to is ALSO 2 hrs away. SO I found a neurosurgeon here in my own town and I go see him at 8:30 tomorrow morning.
My question is...SINCE I've just got my + opk, is there any kind of test, x-ray or anything like that ..that he could possibly do mess up my "maybe"  conceiving this month?  I'm worried and probably for nothing but things like this cross your mind especially when you've been trying for so long.  I do want to get my back problems fixed asap because I just can't deal with that much pain anymore. I think i've been through enough. :(   It's really affecting my everyday life to the point where I'm really limited on what I can do.  Anyways, thanks so much for the help!!

I think your safe since you just got your opk. I had to get an xray last month and because I had just had my pos opk the day before they said it was fine. After the + you still have up to 24 hours before you ovulate and then it could take another 24 before sperm meets egg.
