Did you know that MedHelp has "User Groups"? These are forums created by us, the members! There are groups for all sorts of fun things on MedHelp and you can find them by going here:
http://www.medhelp.org/user_groups/listYou can also find User Groups by going to the FORUMS tab at the top of your screen and click on USER GROUPS in the drop-down menu.
Just a heads-up that because the User Groups have become so popular, MedHelp will no longer be creating Birth/Pregnancy Groups for us. If you're due in October or later a MedHelp member (lYOU) can create a group yourself. Since the User Groups have become so populuar, there's no need for MedHelp to duplicate a Babies Monthly Group and vice versa, Also, as an example, we don't need duplicate October 2011 groups. Just one will suffice.
Current groups will remain as-is but newer groups will be member-created. The existing and new User Groups are going to convert to monthly Playgroups after babies arrive! These groups will compliment the Playgroups we have on our community side, and not take the place of, or replace these groups.
So we need an October 2011 Group and we've had a ton of BFPs lately.
First person to respond to this stating they will create the group can create it BUT they must be pregnant and due in October 2011. Simply go to the link above and click on Start Group. Please name it Pregnancy: October 2011 Babies. Remember, you can name your group with a personalized name (Ocober Pumpkins) within your group's descirption at any time and/or change the description at any time Also, when you create a User Group, you can invite friends to join via MedHelp screename and/or e-mail addresses and have the ability to PM Blast everyone in the group with just one message and keystroke!
This will be the same with November and so on. If you become pregnant and due in later months message me to make sure your Birth Group hasn't been created yet and to seek permission to create the group. First come, first serve. I will also announce or have you announce the newly created Birth Group.
I hope this makes sense! Give me any feedback or questions you may have.
