Update on what i THOUGHT was twins of somesort??

Question

Its not Vanishing Twins nor Twins with different gestational ages.... 
I had contacted my Doc today and she had said its not twins. It is actually a blood clot next to the gestational sac.... I don't know what to do.... im worried. and come to find out, my aunt (who is currently 36w preg) has just found out she is Protein C deficient. and my mother has told me my other aunt (both aunts on my moms side of family) is protein c deficient as well and possibly my moms mother also.. my moms getting checked to see if she is and I need to get checked soon too. 
I had gotten my Blood Work done this morning (Hcg Levels being checked bc of blood clot) and my next u/s is on Monday to check progress of blood clot. what should I do??

when I was pregnant with my first child, the doctor said that I had a blood clot three times bigger than the baby and that I am most likely going to have a miscarriage, but thank god, when I went back to her two weeks later she didn't find it, my body absorbed the blood somehow.

I had a blood clot with this pregnancy as well. Subchorionic hemorrhage. I bled at 11 weeks and went to ER, that's when they found it. Then at 13 weeks I bled twice as much with huge blood clots. ER docs told me I was losing too much blood and was going to lose the baby. They admitted me to the hospital and watched my blood levels. Went to my OB a week later and the clot had gotten smaller and baby looked excellent. Now here I am going on 30 weeks pregnant with a little girl that currently is kicking me in my ribs and bouncing on my bladder lol. 

The clot is still there though so I have to be watched to make sure it doesn't pull the placenta away from the uterus, but so far so good :)

Hi I had 4 miscarrages then got pregnant 2 weeks after the 4th one and bled again it was just a heamotoma  bigger than the baby but I bled it out and now have my healthy son good luck

Relax dnt stress drink plenty of water and continue to take ur prenatals say ur prayers you'll be fine

BTW she said the baby is healthy, 111-115 bpm heart rate
