VERY IMPORTANT!?!

Hey ladies I have a very important question. I went to the doctor Thursday and was 2 centimeters dilated. I've been having contractions and what not of course but, today my baby has made no movement. At all. Rolling, hiccups, kicking. Nothing. I want to know if that's bad and if so how long should I allow him to be so still before becoming worried?

Yeah. I'm on my third bottle of cold water and I only sleep on my left side. I've done everything that I usually do that gets him going but nothing.

I found my son hardly moved when I was going into early labor, all I felt where the contractions 5-7mins apart and that's it. My Dr and midwives said it was normal

Have you tried drinking cold water and laying on your left side? You should definitely go in if nothing is working.

That's who I called was labor and delivery. They said 24 hours....I mean its already been 22 and I want to wait for my SO anyway so....hopefully its nothing serious.....but what would cause the baby to stop moving like this?

24 hrs?! That's not right. They were wrong. I would go into l&d anyway. When i didnt feel my little one move for 4 hrs I went in and told them they needed to check her. And they did. Monitored her for 30 minutes.

I called and they said it has to be at least 24 hours of no movement and then I have to go in.

I would deff call your doctor. Same thing happened with my daughter. They had me come in to check me and my water broke after 2 hrs of being there.

Last night. He had the hiccups around 11 pm and that was the last thing I've felt put of him. I've been bouncing on the edge of a chair cause that usually gets him going but no matter what I do I can't get him going today. My mom even tried to get him to move.

If you can not get him to move at all you should go in or at least call your doctor asap. I'm assuming you are over 36w
