I lost about 10 pounds my first trimester alone. I started out at 200, went down to 190 and now I'm 28 weeks and weigh 212. My doctor said it's normal to lose weight because of morning sickness. Just as long as you eat healthy and everything, you should be okay, unless your doctor says otherwise.

Hello! I had this same concern in the begininng of my pregancy. I am now 21 weeks and my weight is still isnt too dramamtic. I started at 230lbs and by my 3rd month I was down to 215lbs.I started tracking my weight in a notebook and brought it to my doctor. She said as long as the baby is gaining weight and has a good heartbeat everything is fine. Some women dont gain alot of weight in pregnancy. If you were a bigger girl to begin with your body doesnt need the extra weight because it has it already. Just keep your doctor informed. To this day I am still only gaining very small amounts and the baby is just fine. Good luck.

I'm 14 w 4d and have went from 197 down to 180. I just couldn't eat. Everything made me nauseous. I found some cereal I can eat and make sure to eat a big breakfast. It's stopped my weight loss so far. Hope this helps. :)
