Was 6 weeks all blood in ultrasound

I was about 5 weeks pregnant when I found out I was pregnant, 6.5 weeks I had an ultrasound at a planned parenthood, the doctor said it was all blood, and showed me the monitor, pointed out the areas, I could make out anything since this was gonna be my first pregnancy. Prior to this I had dizziness and didn't have an appetite at all, seemed like a significant weight lost happened fast, I was a bit nauseous so I didn't really eat, I didn't have any vaginally bleeding. Returning to the doctor she recommended abortion pills, she said the blood could cause infections and problems for later pregnancies. Me and my fiance discussed that since the pregnancy already failed, I should, I trusted them. The pills were painfull and truthfully it just small blood clots and liquid blood that came out, it was like a major cramp the stabbed for long periods, it 2 3 hours until it was more bearable. It's gonna be very soon 2 years since that happened, my fiancee had a dream last night, he was at a hospital and ran into a young boy 15, he was rambling about something and he asked him what's wrong, he said the he was dead and alone, my fiance said that it was gonna be ok, he has family and he is in a better place, he said no, when you die it's an eternity of loneliness and sadness, my fiance said he felt "Armand" in him, that was gonna be our first baby boy's name. I started reading into what major blood in the uterus while pregnant an stories, seems like many say that they still had healthy children. I wanna know if I was lied to, or that she did not go above and beyond to let me know if it was gonna be okay, especially for how much they charged us for the pills and ultrasound, I did not go to the hospital because I didn't have insurance and was afraid of high bills in my "selfishness". Seems like lots of pregnancies 6 weeks it's too early to tell! Please I need some answers!

Hi this prob isn't what you wanted to hear but this was my experience.
I had a scan at 6 weeks with my 2nd baby and they said they saw nothing but blood, I refused any further treatment they offered and opted to wait a week and have another scan.
Sure enough 1 week later I only had a normal 7 week pregnancy in there which turned out to be a healthy  baby girl.
