Ive been told to use bio oil. And I also try to lather with lotion once in the morning and once before bed.
I use Palmers & good old fashioned olive oil. Try to keep ur skin as hydrated as possible. When ever u have the urge to scratch, lotion instead
Id advise u to stay away from cocoa butter everyone tells u to use it but my doctor informed me that research has linked it to cause heart problems for ur baby! So id stay away from it,Better safe then sorry! Ive been using baby oil when i wake up, get out of shower and before bed ive heard of the vicks thing too :)
Rub vicks vapour rub into them before bed and shower off in the morning. Vicks is also good for leg and hip cramps which u may get in ur last few wks of pregnancy.rub it into the hips and calves just before bed and this will help too!
