Weight loss and breastfeeding...

I have read and researched that in breastfeeding your child you burn up to I think 400-500calories after each feeding creating more milk.
Well my thing is I want to lose maybe 5,7,or 10lbs from my pr-pregnancy weight which was about 140lb. I guess more or less just lose my tummy or make it tone and slim my waist. I have seen amazing before and after pictures from breastfeeding alone.
I have always planned on breastfeeding my baby just because it is healthy for her, but I also read that exercise release toxins into the produced milk. How will that affect my baby and should I just not exercise?

Never heard of the toxins thing, not sure I'm buying that, lol.
I currently EBF and I went back to my pre pregnant weight within a week after my labor, but I did only gain 23lbs so not sure how much of it is from the breast feeding. My arms do seem toner and firmer from picking up the baby all the time, kind of like lifting weight I guess.
The one thing I notice with breast feeding is that I drink lot of water, always thirsty, I do get hungry a lot after I nurse so I try to snack on healthy stuffs.
I still got my tummy fat but I will start exercising more once we settle down into some kind of routine. The truth is exercising was the last thing on my mine at the beginning, the baby does took up most of my time.
My suggestion is wait and see how you feel. You can start exercising once your body is up to it.

Honestly, everyone is different, but I breastfed and pumped (like crazy, I had a little chunker) for the first 2 weeks after I had my son and lost all of my baby weight, plus a few pounds, without exercising. I would wait and see how breastfeeding alone helps you out. You usually can't exercise for about 4-6 weeks after delivery anyway, but even after that, walking, just simple exercises aren't going to affect anything, I'm not sure about the toxins thing, I've never heard of it. Good luck! :)
