With my son I craved tacos almost all the time. With this baby, I don't know what I'm having yet, I'm craving spicy and meat! Lol
With my son I only wanted spicy, salty foods.
I'm currently pregnant with a girl and I crave nothing but sweets!!
Hi there. Definitely interesting how our taste buds change during pregnancy and how we begin to long for things we typically ignore. I couldn't get enough grape fruit during my pregnancy and had odd cravings for cream of celery soup (WEIRD). But the smell of broccoli that I generally love---- sent me running. I also have a fairly intense sweet tooth (which I wish I didn't) but during pregnancy, I don't have that at all. I really eat very few sweets when pregnant and just don't have the taste for it.
Here's two interesting reads. This is on food aversions and why some foods turn us off:

And here's why we have cravings for other things:

Good luck to you. Enjoy the wild ride of pregnancy!
