Frequent urination during pregnancy

I had this at the end of my pregnancies but some have it early on as an early sign of pregnancy.  This article explains why but wondering what others experience has been.

So, thoughts on this involve the different phases of pregnancy.  More frequent urination takes place in EARLY pregnancy because of a couple of reasons.  First, the hormones of pregnancy themselves namely HCG.  But second, you are pumping more blood to the abdominal area  and this affects the kidneys which will have more urine output.  For many women it is the very first sign of pregnancy (as it is often really subtle, early pregnancy symptoms). Frequent urination is ranked as the most common early pregnancy symptom that women report!

A lot of women get a break second semester.  Still peeing but not every 10 minutes like early pregnancy.

But then third trimester hits.  You have increased hormones, increased bodily fluids AND compression of the bladder.  Watch out!  From 35 weeks on, the urge to pee can be intense AND if it catches you off guard, you sneeze, laugh or cough . . . you might have a bit of super sexy incontinence!  

TIPS***  lean forward when peeing.  It helps you void.  Do a double void which is peeing, sitting a moment and peeing again.  

And it is really important to notice changes like if you start to have a burning when you pee.  That can be a urinary tract infection that needs attention from your doctor.  Really important to watch for that and treat if necessary.
