I think girl near the arrow too - but I cannot make out what this pic is either. I do see a hamburger where the arrow is though and this is what ppl tell me to look for in a girl.
I can see what's what, but the genitals are down in that shadowy area on the left and I really don't think they're clearly shown...I don't think the arrow is pointing right at the genitals, unless the baby's at an angle with it's butt down and away to the left instead of laying parallel to the image? Hmmm......still can't tell , sorry!!
im sorry but this is a super unclear picture...i cant even tell what im looking at really.
