My placenta is anterior as well. It just means it's in the front ! No danger, but it just means you may not be able to feel baby's movements as quickly / easily, and it might be more difficult to hear the heartbeat with a Doppler. I am 26 weeks pregnant and I feel my little boy every day now, but it took awhile. I was over 20 weeks when I started being able to feel him.

Anterior placenta just means your placenta is infront of your uterus, literally being on the other side of your belly button instead of being on the side, back, top or bottom. I have one as well :p
