What is going on?? On and off flu symptoms

I am trying to figure out if this is normal for a pregnancy or if something is wrong with me. FYI-I am 23 weeks
For almost my entire pregnancy I go through spurts of having flu like symptoms, vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, feeling very week. It lasts for about 2 or 3 days and I can't keep anything in my body for that amount of time. I never have a fever with it. This time around has been exceptionally worse. I have been sick since thrusday afternoon and have barely been able to keep anything down, even water. I would just call it the flu and let it pass as I usually do but Joe and my co-workers are really starting to get worried about me, they think it may be something more serious.
I am not the type to call the doctor especially for things like a cold or the flu since I know there is nothing a doctor can do for me but I do plan on asking my doctor about this on Wednesday when I see him. I told Joe to bring it up for me if I chicken out.
What do you ladies think, is it just that I keep getting a stomach bug over and over again or could it be something more serious, if so, what?? I am getting so sick of throwing up and going diarrhea.

I don't know about the medications, all I take is prilosec and I have always taken that for heartburn. About 2 or 3 times a week I take headache meds but the sickness doesn't seem to line up with me taking them. Who knows, maybe it is just a bug and my body is having a hard time fighting it off. What is weird is that aside from Noah being sick a few months back no one in my family has caught this from me. You would think with how sick I have been I would be contagious. I sure hope my doctor can help figure it out.

Hmmm I've only had that problem one time.. It was one night but I believe what I had was a bug, I couldn't keep anything down as well it lasted for about 24 hours and ofcourse I would definitely call my doctor asap because I read that if you can't keep anything down for 24 hours then you need to go to the hospital to get an iv so that you can receive your nutrients and fluids and so can the baby... Good luck and I hope it's nothing serious do you think it could possible be something that you are eating and not realizing or a medicine that you are taking and it's causing this?

I wanted to add that I called the pharmacist over the weekend to see what I could take and he recommended this anti-nausea stuff, well, within 5 minutes of taking it I was throwing it up.
