I work as a nurse in a nursing home and sometimes I pick up doubles to help with money. I'm 23w 5d pregnant and I don't sit down at all except for on my 10 minute lunch break. What helps me is support hose and inserts. On my break I put my feet up for the 10 minutes. And when I get home my hubby massages my feet and I feel better.
Thanks ladies! My bosses don't really like when we sit down. They understand that I'm pregnant but they take that as me my being able to do my job. Hah!
Tylenol u can take 2 pills every 4 hrs is what I was on by my dr! Whenever u get a free moment at work u should sit and put your feet up even if it is just one minute!! It will help
No I understand I work on my feet for 10 hours day 5 days straight when I was pregnant with my second with this one I sit in a chair in front of a computer for 8 hours for 5days straight but I know u mean I work on my feet constant right up to 3 days before I went into labor
I'm a waitress too and my doctor suggested I wear support hose that you can find at like a CBS or Walgreens. They helped a lot with the swelling and my feet felt better after working. But with being on your feet all day, they're goina hurt and you can't really avoid that
To take as needed and follow the dosage on the bottle
How often can I take Tylenol?
