melatonin?

I sometimes drink Bob Marley mellow mood drinks and there is 1.5mg of melatonin in them...I don't drink them often only on occasion to help Me sleep but I hadn't even realized there's a possibility I shouldn't be drinking this

Anyone know if its safe

You would think they would be okay because their all natural its the melatonin that I'm worried about now!
