When to pack hospital bag?

So I'm 32+5 and I haven't started on my bag yet. My sons diaper bag is pretty much ready and packed for him, but I still need to pack mine. So when should I pack mine? Oh and did y'all pack one for your dh/bf/so?

For my first baby I had the baby bag packed pretty early, but I didn't start packing mine until I hit 38 weeks and I didn't finish packing until I knew I was in labor. That's probably not the best idea, but it worked out fine for me since I had contractions for about 11 hours before I knew I was in labor and then had another  5 hours before I actually went to the hospital. This time I plan to have my bag packed completely at 38 weeks. We also took 3 bags and 2 pillows the first time. We had way too much stuff and my poor husband was lugging it all over the hospital. This time we will definitely have a change of clothes for my husband and his toothbrush in my bag, but that's it. We are close to the hospital though so he can go home if he needs to. I will still take extra pillows just because I like the added comfort. And the only thing I really needed before delivery was my contact case/solution and glasses. And a hair band. So we won't be dragging everything around the place. We will also have the car seat in the car at 38 weeks. I don't remember when we put it in with the first baby, but since it's an essential and we don't want to have to set it up last minute, we'll do that early too.
