So, when you say pumping bra, do you basically mean nursing bra?  They do make all sorts of bras for this that you can by in a maternity shop or online.  They have a clip and fold down.  You'd use the same for nursing or pumping.  I nursed both my kids and did some pumping too.  I actually had one maternity bra and the rest of the time, I just pulled my bra back on the side I was working on, no problem.  I didn't really need the pumping bra/nursing bra features. It's pretty easy to slide your breast out and take care of it.  I use bras without underwire.  That would be my recommendation.
