In a ftm mom and when I went for my first visit back in August I was 13 weeks along according to my LMP. They took blood, urine, weight, and blood pressure and we also talked to the nurse. The next visit I had was basically the same but with a physical that included a pelvic exam and they usually do a pap smear too but I wasn't old enough so they just did a pelvic and breast exam. Some doctors do all of those the same day but mine didnt. I've also herd they they may do an early ultrasound too or listen for a heart beat with the dopler but mine did not do that our first or second visit. We had to wait until our first ultrasound which was the third visit. Congratulations! God bless you!:)

Call your clinic and ask their recommendations. With my first pregnancy I saw my regular doctor until I was 28 weeks but with this one I called my OB/GYN right away and they have specific guidlines on when I can schedule my first appointment week wise! So just call and ask

The first visit they will ask history questions about your family, if you had miscartiages, will usually do a pap smear, check for stds, make you do a urine test to confirm pregnancy and if you have protein in your urine, maybe some blood will be taken, ask when was your last day of your last period. They will either make you get an ultrasound that day or have you schedule one till you are further along. I am sure I am missing some things but that's the jist of things

Call and make an appointment to your Obgyn. Make sure you get prenatal pills if you aren't taking them already. You don't have to do it asap so don't freak out. Take your time on researching on a good ob, unless you have one already than you are set.
Congratulations

Schedule an appointment with your OB/GYN asap! They might do a pelvic exam, hut at my first appointment all they did was an ultrasound and blood and urine tests
