Worried

My first scan was at 8w6ds, the heartbeat was 179bpm and the baby was measuring 8w5d which the doctor said was normal. I had a missed miscarriage earlier this year and I should now be 10w1d but all my symptoms have disappeared. I used to get really bad morning sickness, tender breasts, etc. now all I have is frequent urination, my breasts have increased and at times are tender to touch and bloating but that is it.
Should I be worried? I am thinking about paying for a scan as I am really scared.

You're just be paranoid. Its okay though its normal especially if you've had a mc. But symptoms can come and go as they please. I didn't even get symptoms until ibwas around 26 weeks.
