Zika!Pregnancy!
Soo all this stuff about ZIKA has anyone heard anything about it being in the US and is it something i need to be concerned about?!?! Im really worried about it i live in texas and i havent heard anything about it being mesqito borne... i have only heard its only here by people who travel here. Please someone help
I haven't heard of any recent baby cases here in Texas. I asked my OB about it and we did a quick blood test that came back negative. Effects of Zika can also be seen on ultrasound so if your doctor hasn't mentioned anything you and baby are probably just fine.

Yes it is contracted through a bite from a infected mosquito and is actually able to be sexually transmitted by a infected male.
I heard two newborns were born with it and a girl in nj is pregnant with the zika virus
