I'm having the same issue. . I had it through out my whole pregnancy. And I've used neutragina cream facial cleaner at night (spelled really wrong) lol and clean and clear morning burst. Seems to help a little but it makes your face a little dry. Mines is starting to clear up a lot!

I had pregnancy acne as well, I used oxy wipes & the were a little helpful. The only thing that really made  a big improvment was washing my face everyday & not wearing any makeup...

Ugh I'm having this problem too. I never had it until I got pregnant, but I've had it my entire pregnancy. I use stridex wipes, and they kind of help. I'm so ready to have my normal skin back, lol.
