advice

Okay so I moved  house this week and the past few days I've completely over done it and I've spent all of today stripping wall paper now I have such bad back ache and stomache cramps any idea how to east it a bit a bath isn't an option only have a shower any suggestions welcome

u can use a heat pad for back to help ease and my doctor told me i can use to ease braxtionhicks

Stretch really good atleast 2 times a day. It really helps with aches and pains

Thanks I'll try them both back aches so bad im 23 weeks not looking forward to being in the last stages if it's already this bad.

I recommend to lay straight on your back, I'm 19weeks and its what I do when I can't take the pain no more from my back.

Drink some water and lay down on your left side
