after a csection
I had a csection 12 days ago & wondering if these things are normal.. I have no appetite what so ever. I can go over 24 hours without eating something but ill force myself to eat atleast 1 meal a day. I also lost 23 pounds since I was pregnant. I don't know if it's just from the baby & placenta (she was 6lbs 15oz) or just my body getting back to normal. Any other mom's experience this?
I'm not sure about the eating thing. But 23lbs sounds normal depending on how much weight you gained while pregnant. I lost 25lbs in the first 4 days. Also breastfeeding burns calories.
