ahhh pain driving me crazy
Okay so I'm ten weeks and I walked around a riverbed with my husband for a while to day now my legs ankles feet are killing me I tired stretching and it doesn't help he even rubed the and its still feels like I'm going to cramp up is there anything Ican do?? :/
What type of socks were you wearing. Everyone finds a way to counter their aches and pains warm baths and putting your feet up were helpful for me. This is my second pregnancy and I know for a fact your body will take some re-getting to know and its not always the same the second time around. Good luck, PS ankle socks always made my aches worse
