am I losing my plug?

I went to the bathroom and peed. When I wiped, the paper had a pink tint to it. I barely noticed it. I wasn't sure if it's where I started my epo three nights ago and where I'm so tight it practically bursts the pill trying to get it up in there, or if I'm just now beginning to lose my plug. I'm 35+2 weeks.

Been losing mine bit by bit over the last few days, but lost the while thing today. Was basically a big ol' blob of petroleum jelly! Creeped me out massively until I realised what it is and did a little happy dance! Haha.

You're welcome.  I had pink discharge, yellow, purple.  It's quite a rainbow in the end.  :>)  Hang in there and good luck

I mentioned the mucus plug to my midwife the last time I saw her. All she said was it was a bunch of discharge that was really sticky, but never said what color it was. It just freaked me out a tad cause I thought I might have been spotting.
Thank you!

Hi there. The whole plug thing was different than I expected with my first baby.  I thought it was a 'plug' like for real.  ha.  Well, something that kind of looked like it.  It turned out that it was lots of different kinds of discharge over time.  So, I'd ay that this very well could be part of that and your body getting ready to do it's job delivering this baby.  good luck hon, you are getting close!
