anemic

anyone have any advice on what foods or to take if you have anemia. when AF i get real weak especially the first two days. i want to know if there are any foods that i can take that can help increase my iron?

Yep. The iron pills made me break out into a horrible rash when I was pregnant so I had to eat food high in iron and was surprised how many were out there. :)

ive never had beets dont know how to make em or what to put them in and i dont like liver. great it would be things i dont like. i guess iron supplements it is lol

beets, beets and more beets! I was anemic with dd and I was sick of how much beets I was eating (my mil insited on cooking them for me in various forms) You can also take iron supplements and eat liver and red meat)
