can you have braxton hicks at 10 weeks pregnant?

Yes you can also your uterus is expanding very quickly at that point so you get some light cramping. Also orgasms can cause it. It shouldn't be a problem but it can't hurt to run it by your OB. Also if they seem extreme/very painful than i would call asap.

I have just googled it as i had the same question. Apperently they can start as early as 6 weeks but gain in intensity the further on you are. I have noticed it more in the last couple of weeks (im 15 weeks and 2days) especialy after sexual activity (sorry if tmi) so it looks like we can especially if this isnt your first pregnancy as you realise what they are. But i would suggest speaking to your midwife about it on your next visit i am planning on doing, as even tho the internet says yes i dont always rely on it for the truth lol. Emma x
