Fundal height is what youre describing squiggly. But anterior fundal placenta is when your placenta is positioned in the front top part of your uterus. All it means is that you will feel less movement when baby kicks there, nothing to worry about.
It's the length from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus measured by centemeters

Did you get measured on the outside of your stomach? Pretty sure that's what it is.
