anxiety and epsom salt baths

So, I've been having major issues with my anxiety and panic attacks the past two days.  I'll be laying down and suddenly I'll get so freaked out and claustrophobic even though I'm the only one in the room,  and I'm not closed in. And I get hot,  then cold. These are my normal anxiety attacks that I got before I started taking meds for it.  Now I've been of the meds for about ten weeks and they are as bad as they were before.  Usually,  at this point I would take a warm Epson salt bath,  but I've read that Epson salt is bad for pregnant women? Yeah, my doctor just stopped them and won't put me back on any because he's "not educated in what to give pregnant women" and when I talked to my obgyn about it, she said to deal with it... felt like it was kind of rude. But thanks! I'm going to go soak then.. get out of this horrible room. The worst part is I can't figure out the trigger. It used to be seeing blood and gore,  but I've been reading harry potter fanfiction and all of a sudden, wham! Attack... idk what's causing it because harry potter is usually something I can escape into and not be affected by my issues
