If it has been going on too long you may want to go to the hospital you really don't want to be dehydrated. Definitely try the powerade, my dr told me to use it to help stay hydrated and keep blood sugars stable. Hope it passes soon for you.

I agree on comments above. I had terrible morning sickness and the only thing i can stomach in the morning is saltine cracker. Try to eat saltine crackers 15 to 10mins before you get out of bed. Vitamin b12 can also be a great help. Drink tons of water or gatorade as your body needs more fluid. Morning sicknesa could be alot worse when your stomach is empty and when you are dehydrated. Ginger ale is also a good help but my dr didnt recommend me drinking it cos i had cramps on my first trimester. Avoid greesy and spicy foods as it can upset you stomach more. You know your body very well and if you think that you need to go to the hosp don't doubt your instinc.
