MY daughter is three years old her father has never been in the picture he refuses to help me at all I applied for tanf I live in Virginia I recieved a card in the mail its a netspend western union debit MasterCard ? Is this the right Card I thought I was supposed to receive an eppicard I hope someone knows the answer thanks very much ladies

In Oregon our looks like a debit card and had numbers. Outs if called Oregon trail card

This card has numbers on it and also my name I guess I will call lol thank you I should of thought of that in the first place I don't get food stamps so idk if food stamps and tanf is used on the same card

i dont know the answer but you could call the number on the card and see if they know what the card is for. maybe they could tell you.

I get food stamps on a card, and the card Looks like a debit card with no numbers on it
