anyone know?!?!

Well I'm 27 weeks & doctors say your not aloud to eat certain things.. is clams one of them cause I just ate a few?!?!

I work at a seafood market .. it's very good for baby just keep it to 12 ozs

I've never heard you can't eat seafood. They say afford seafood with high mercury but a lot of apps say that seafood is really good for the baby cause contains omega 3 in some seafood which is great for development! I try to eat seafood once a week so he can get some omega 3!

They say you can't eat sea food but most of our mommas ate it and we're healthy soo yeah. Good luck!

Your not supposed to eat it uncooked if it was cooked you should be okay as long as your not eating swordfish or halibut.

My doctor said no sea food.. just to avoid anything.. there's some that you can eat but everything COOKED

^ no its not. I eat it once a week and baby is just fine.. Some seafood is really good for the baby like fish

You can eat clams while pregnant. Most seafood is fine just nothing high in mercury. You can look up a list of seafood to avoid but I know clams isn't one of them because I eat clams lol

Your fine I work at a seafood market and I eat stuff all the time.. I don't go over 12 oz of seafood a week and I don't eat the fish that is high in mercury... baby is completely healthy
