Im 3weeks pregnant today n yesterday i started my period...it was heavy at first but now its light and almost nonsexist my breast are more full and round very sensitive and when you press down you can feel my glands i habe weird cravings and is it possible i could be pregnant

Can someone please help me I'm new to clomid was taking it cd2-cd6. On cd10 I had this quick sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Only lasted for a second then we bd and I was having cramps after bding for 2 days after. I had a feeling of pressure down there and some twinges, and wondering if that was ovulation pains or possibly something else. I never paid any attention with my other 2 pregnancies.

You can have vaginal bleeding while pregnant for MANY different reasons but it is NOT a period. Some people just cant wrap their heads around this concept. No matter what kind/how much/how often you have vaginal bleeding during pregnancy.... if you are truly pregnant, any bleeding you have is NOT a period.

No it is impossible to have a true period when pregnant, like the PP said its the shedding of the uterine lining...which is what is keeping you pregnant, without it you would have a MC... woman can have vaginal bleeding, even at the same time their periods are due every month even thru their pregnancy (tho rare) but it is still not a true period, as it is not the same thing...

And yes i guess its possible to get a possitive at 3 weeks(depending how long your cycle is) but she is saying she is 3 weeks today! and started her period yesterday... so i dont think she actually has proof she is prego or not, thats why she is asking... i think she is going off her symptoms...

Its the shedding of the uterine lining....... therefore if you're pregnant, you wouldn't have a period..............

hun if you already started bleeding then your probably not. if you truely know you are, then you need to go to the hospital because your having a m.c

Yes you can have a period and be pregnant! I did and have two boys ages 11 and z yrs old. Remember ladies every woman is different

Technically the day you miss your period you are 4 weeks. It dates by the time of your last period not when implantation took place. If the time between ovulation and implantation were close together you could know at 3 weeks you are pregnant however the number of women that are able to test that early and get a positive test is pretty low. Personally I have never been able to get a positive test before 6ish weeks.

Now to the initial question. Bleeding is normal in pregnancy. Some will experience it and some will not. Depends on the person and the pregnancy. If the bleeding stays consistently heavy or continues for more than a day or so you should see your OB. Also if bad cramps are present during the bleeding you should see your OB immediately. The er can only do so much. Your regular OB will be able to answer more of your questions and is trained to handle different situations that come along in a pregnancy.

technically the day you  miss your period you are already classed at 2 weeks pregnant, as i found out today i am pregnant with a faint positive so next saturday i will be classed as 3 weeks pregnant, if you are bleeding but it has stopped and not accompanied by strong cramps and more bleeding it may be nothing to worry about, go to ure doctor and get them to test for you just to make sure, good luck x

I took a cheap test a week before my period and got a faint line so i knew when i was 3 weeks. Im just not sure you are when you have your period

Yes u can have a short period when ur pregnant. It will come heavythen spotting then nothing it happens all the time,,most pragnant women got to hospital in emergany,or call there obgyn either thinking miss cartage or false labor,,,just to b clear not to b rude be everyone's pregnancy is different different body type,different health , different ethnicities,different ages,different types of stress that takes a big part of the pragnancy

U said u where three weeks pregnant the u still should be unless u had more than blood come out its normal to bleed spotting when your pregnate I was 5 months pregnant I bleed for 3days first day real. Heavy started early morning. I was so scared in a panic drove my baby's dad crazy by making him wake up. To rush me to hospital I was so worried I made him worried he called my my parents his parents all for nothing I was fine baby was fine emergancy Dr said it was normal some times it just happens while a few hours later I was just spotting next day same third day hardly any I had no pains besides. The usual pregnancy. Pains and. I had no cravings hardly got hungry either had to force feed my self.....every ipregnancy is and will be different ......my daughter was so healthy....and its funny at first I had to force her to eat .....by. holding her close all the time so my boob was always in her.  Face but know she loves baby food and cookies she's 7 in a half months ......good luck with your pragnancy ,your delivery. I actually found out with both my last pregnancy and this one when I was only 3 weeks along. There are lots of women that still bleed during pregnancy. No its not technically their period but it can be mistaken as one.

Sorry but you can get a positive result at 3 weeks. I did. Single pregnancy.

Actually in rare cases some women can have a period and still be pregnant, because that happened to me my last pregnancy.  However there is no way one can say I'm 3 weeks pregnant cause one wouldn't have enough of the pregnancy hormones built up to be detected by a pregnancy test at 3 weeks, it's usually closer to 5-6 weeks to get an accuate result.  So...not tryin to be rude at all but you wouldn't be able to get an answer to that question from the information you posted.  In my case..I had a small speculation I might be pregnant, took a test it was negative, day later had a full blown period.  Two weeks after that I passed out in a bathroom after vomitting was rushed to an er and it was there a doctor came in and said I was pregnant.  I told him he was wrong and to try again.  They did a sono and I was 6 weeks along at that time.  I would suggest you contact your doctor if you have any concerns.
