baby position

Ok. Insurance is not paying for anymore ultrasound/sonograms unless there is some cause for concern ( as of now everything is perfectly normal) so how will they know if the baby is turned right (head first) for labor?

They can usually feel your belly and tell. As baby gets bigger they usually feel around to determine where to listen for the heartbeat (that way mom doesn't get freaked out if they can't find it right away) and depending on what they feel they should be able to tell you if baby is head down.
