baby weight

what works for getting rid of the baby weight on the belly?  My doctor said it can't be lost by dieting alone, gotta exercise. So are situps the best thing or jogging or ??

I had spd real bad and am still suffering from backache but im gonna have to force myself to exercise. I have 9lbs to lose to get back to pre pregnancy weight and am ok with that BUT i hate how my belly folds when i sit down. Anyone know if the toning belts work???

Breastfeeding only helps to shrink your uterus back to normal faster but it won't help with the extra fat that we get around our belly during pregnancy.  Your doc is right.  The only thing that will really help is exercise and I know it is hard to find the time.  I have 5 and can hardly find the time.

I actually saw an infomercial a few weeks ago called 10 minute trainer .com (without the spaces).  I just put those in there so MH wouldn't ** it out.  I got them and did it twice and boy are you counting down for those 10 minutes to be over.  It is a lot in a short amount of time, but it would probably help you a lot.  It is specifically gear toward people that want to exercise but just don't have the time.  That's what made me look at it and order it.

I've now hurt my back, so I can't exercise right now, but check out that website and tell me what you think.

treadmill is a good idea... i was thinking about that but my apartment is so small that it cant fit anything extra.. oh how i wish i have a bigger house.

too bad for me, as much as i love to breastfeed, my milk never came in and dried up after 2 weeks. so i depedning on my metabolism solely now.. i cant fit in most of my jeans just yet (because they are all darn tight to begin with) and get so frustrated about my belly everytime i see it..oh well, there is still hope at the end of the tunnel, i guess..:)

Thats my problem, I'm too busy to exercise. but I guess instead of relaxing at the end of the day and watching TV I'll try to do some situps. it's getting too cold to go jogging.. it snowed yesterday!!

I'm BF also so I know that helps keep the weight down. It's just so depressing to watch a movie or turn on the TV and see how skinny all the girls are. I'm always wondering if my fiance is wishing I looked like that :(

I think I'll do some situps before going to sleep tonight and maybe look into getting a treadmill..

im working on it too! I hv 9 lbs to go and im in my 10 weeks ppt. How bout u? Im dieting as of now cause im too busy with the baby to get the real exercise.

alot of it altogether actually...sit ups will tone your belly back up and the jogging will help you lose weight...but  i suggest you drink lots of water and drink green tea....the tea helps boost metabolism!! Good luck!
