Yes. I have a 5 yr old son. I am African American and My Husband is Caucasian. My son is the same color as The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) AT birth he was REALLY white but over the course of the year he darkened up and stayed where he is now. (Again same color as The Rock- Dwayne Johnson) Usually you can tell by the color of your child's ears, knuckles, and genital area. Those are the areas that will be a lil darker and most likely you child will come to even out with those body parts I named. I know quite a few biracial babies and the story is pretty much the same. Hope this helps:-)

yep what the other posters said. But even full black babies are born fair. My cousin is bi racial and was very white hair silky and everything till when he was about I say 7-9 he stared getting darker and his hair changed. He is not as dark as his daddy but he would not be considered bi racial from looking at him.

Yep, I agree.  My cousin's daughter (biracial) was light skinned at birth but quite red, and her skin darkened through probably her first year to a mocha shade.  She's quite gorgeous. :)

All babies are born pretty fair skinned, and then as the melanin in their skin starts to get more active, they darken up. Just as the poster above wrote, they'll darken over time.
