yep what the other posters said. But even full black babies are born fair. My cousin is bi racial and was very white hair silky and everything till when he was about I say 7-9 he stared getting darker and his hair changed. He is not as dark as his daddy but he would not be considered bi racial from looking at him.
Yep, I agree. My cousin's daughter (biracial) was light skinned at birth but quite red, and her skin darkened through probably her first year to a mocha shade. She's quite gorgeous. :)
All babies are born pretty fair skinned, and then as the melanin in their skin starts to get more active, they darken up. Just as the poster above wrote, they'll darken over time.
