back pain hurts so bad
I Need Advice! A relief Anything Tylenol doesn't work for my very bad back pain :/ I'm trying to rest Buh nothing helping wah can relieve this pressure in my hips n back :'(
I used a soccer ball up against the wall and then would stand with my neck against it and move side to side. It helped a little better than ice or heat. If you have a tennis ball and some one to help you can use that. Good luck
