back pain?

i have severe back pain tonight should i be worried im 24 weeks 4 days any reason why i could have this?

ya it comes and goes....i work on my feet all day and i find the pain comes by like 5 oclock but then goes away by like 9....its weird like the pain is gone...

Same happened to me... my baby was pressing my sciatic nerve. Try a warm shower and let the water run down your back. Lay on the side opposite of the pain.  It helped for me :)

its like in the middle of my back like smack in the middle to the right side as welll...

I have it too the Dr said its the weight of my stomach growing and recommended a band.

I've been getting low back pain and I'm also 24 weeks. It's a combo of where baby is sitting and the extra weight gain on my hips. If it bothers you, call your doctor.
