I'm confused as to why you are in pain?  What's wrong? I'm 2 days away from being 33 weeks and I feel great

I plan on seeing my dr tomorrow to talk to her. Ideally i want to be able to keep my baby in and relieve as much pain as possible but im wakig up screaming in pain and can not continue my normal activities day to day. I went to the ER got one dose of steroids for her lungs and some meds to help slow down the progress of my contractions since she was trying to suprise us this weekend. I just want us both healthy asap
