bath after second degree tear?
I had my baby on Friday I had a tear can I take a bath? Will it help it feel better? Experiences?
yh i had a second degree tear wiv my first and the midwife put me str8 in da bath afta she stichd me it helps wiv da healing, so yh baths r fine!
So did i showers because i had a c- setion my grandma told me to shower until i completly stoped bleeding
I had a third degree tear, and my dr. reccomended baths...sit in a few inches of warm not hot water for fifteen min a day. Helps with swelling and to prevent infection. They call them sitz baths. I always showered first so i was all clean, then filled up the tub, just as an extra health precaution.
