bathroom trips?

*Disclaimer*  this post is tmi .
I'm wondering is this a symptom in pregnancy that other women have been or had experienced before.  I'm always constipated.  Like sometimes I go a full day without pooping and when I finally do its diaherra. I changed my diet because I was sure that had something to do with it but still nothing.  Idk if it's just another weird symptom of pregnancy our should I really be worried?

Thanks.  I'm going to try eating those fruits.  I totally always go for pineapples or kiwi but kiwi is a good source

I had that problem as well. I learned I couldn't eat banana's as much because they would stop me up for a day or two and I would have to suffer the next day.  My baby loves fruit and I learned that watermelon is high in fiber and if I eat a banana and watermelon it'll keep me ok.

If you are taking your prenatals, they probably have iron in them. That'll stop you up better than anything else! Try more fiber intake and if needed, take colace as needed.
