Just stay hydrated, don't get sunburnt, and be careful in the waves. I live at the beach and I got the ocean at 37 weeks boy that was a mistake. Our balance is off anyway. Idk what I was thinkinh but thankfully my hubby was right beside me and helped me out. Lol.

be careful in the sun!!! you dont want to get sun poisoning or heat stroke.. i know if im in the heat too long i get deathly sick and start vomitting.. the baby cant regulate his/her own temp its all on you so you dont want to heat the baby up lol try to stay cool

but stay hydrated as much as possible.. swimings actually recommended during pregnancy so enjoy it! :) just dont over do it.. && have fun!

like mommy to be said.. your body will let you know

Keep yourself plenty hydrated & put on enough sunblock & you should be fine. just don't overdo it. I went to the beach all summer, swimming and everything & I was fine, your body will let you kno when it's getting to be too much.
