I'm going to brach while preg 26w3d do you have any sugestions of what I shuld do or be careful at?

Try to.stay in the shade.as much as possible. Your skin is more sensitive during pregnancy and you don't want.to burn
Also it's a good idea to wear a hat. Sun stroke is no fun and it's definitely not.good.for.baby

Stay hydrated bring a cooler with food lol and dont forget sunscreeen

I went to the beach when pregnant.  My biggest issue was finding a bathing suit that fit properly.  :>)  Have a fun day.  Sunscreen is always good and drink lots of water but have fun!

If you're going to the beach, just enjoy it, you can go in the water, but since your pregnant just don't go all crazy lol like running around playing sand fights, or jumping up in waves, just relax & enjoy.

Well I wouldn't go in the water just enjoy the sun sand and looking at the waves lol
