belly buttons

I'm 38+2 weeks and my belly button popped out really early in my pregnancy no issues but for the past 2 days my belly button feels hot compared to the rest of my belly? Anyone experience this? Wonder what causes it?

I don't remember exactly but by 20 weeks it was even with the rest of my belly.
