I have a pregnancy bar in, I'm 35+2 weeks. I had the bottom of my belly button pierced too.. I took that one out. They both now look as if thy have stretch marks on even though ones been taken out. The one I have left in did hurt a tad but stopped after a couple of days and is now fine I'm just going to leave mine in

I took mine out at 20 weeks or so and put it right back in after birth. But I've also had mine for 14 years or so. I don't bother with the pregnancy bar.

This is my second pregnancy and the pregnancy bar always hurt my belly button. When your belly button starts poking out I'd just take it out. Keep putting it in every couple days to make sure it doesn't close up.
