body wash/ lotion

I feel like my skin is always so dry, especially my face I started to use proactive  which cleared my face within a week but my doctor tols me bot to use that while pregnant so I stopped. I also feel my chest has broken out with bumps not black heads or pimples idk what it is maybe my body wash ? What kind of body wash is best for pregnant woman and what kind of lotion do u use to keep your skin hydrated ?

Thanks I hatee the feeling of dry skin and I love my baby lotion lol im going to switch up my body wash tho

I was ivory bar soap and any unscented lotion:) breaking out in pimples is normal w all of the different hormones. I never had pimples as a teenager and since i became pregnant i have a ton on my face feels like im a teenager again

if its juss bumps it could be some kinna reaction to yur soap, or mby because yu stopped using the proactive... ive heard from a few people that used that that it messed up their skin after nd they broke out way worse than before... but it could also be pregnancy acne... i get it on my face, chest nd back... but i use regular soap to wash, i use a suave liquid one, nd baby soap on my face, nd i use baby lotion all over my body after showers nd stuff

I use baby lotion now, it helped my dry skin dramtically!
